FOR MAKERS, COLLECTORS & INDEPENDENT MINDS

BRING
YOUR THING

You make it. You find it.
You give it character.

HIGH FIVE! DOHA is a two-day creative outdoor festival bringing together independent brands, local makers, art, vinyl, rare finds, food and music. We welcome people whose work adds something distinctive to that mix.

YOUR PLACE IN THE FESTIVAL

A GOOD FIND
STARTS WITH
YOU

The festival unfolds at The Backyard, Sheraton Grand Doha. Visitors move between a curated market, the Vinyl Market, the Garage Sale and the Art Wall, with food and music woven into the afternoon.

A central social lawn creates a place to gather, compare discoveries and stay longer. Your stall becomes part of a connected experience where people can spend time with the products and meet the person behind them. A considered display and an open conversation help visitors see the care behind what you bring.

Quality. Character. Curiosity.
01

INDEPENDENT BRANDS & MAKERS

Fashion, accessories, jewellery, ceramics, fragrance, candles, flowers, books, gifts and thoughtfully made objects. We look for a clear identity, a considered collection and people who can tell the story behind their work.

02

ARTISTS, DESIGNERS & THE ART WALL

Original artworks, prints, illustration, small editions and distinctive design objects. The Art Wall brings creative work into the festival journey, giving visitors a chance to discover the artist as well as the piece. Share representative work and a short introduction to your medium, ideas and approach.

03

THE VINYL MARKET

Record sellers, collectors and independent selectors with collections worth exploring. Share your musical perspective, the genres you carry and the character of your selection. Browsing, conversation and discovery are part of the experience.

04

VINTAGE & RARE FINDS

Curated vintage fashion, cameras, books, records, décor and collectables. Bring a coherent selection of objects with character, clear descriptions and a story you are happy to share with a new owner.

05

THE GARAGE SALE

A thoughtfully selected space for pre-loved pieces to find their next home. Individuals and small collections can be part of the mix, from clothing and books to home objects and interesting everyday finds. Tell us about the condition, variety and presentation of what you would bring.

06

FOOD & DRINK

Independent food concepts, savoury bites, sweets, coffee and refreshing drinks. Menus should suit an outdoor festival: easy to enjoy while exploring, comfortable to share and distinctive enough to become part of the discovery.

THOUGHTFULLY SELECTED

HOW WE
CURATE

Every participant contributes to the whole.
We look for originality, quality and a story
worth discovering.

A CLEAR IDENTITY

A point of view that feels your own, whether you make original products or carefully choose what belongs in a collection.

QUALITY & CARE

Thoughtful making, considered selection, good condition and a clear, inviting presentation. Visitors should understand what they are buying.

A STORY TO SHARE

People are part of the experience. A short introduction to your ideas, craft, musical perspective or collection’s history helps visitors connect with work they are discovering for the first time.

A BALANCED FESTIVAL

We review the whole mix of categories and participants, keeping discovery, variety and the relaxed atmosphere at the centre of each edition.

HELP US SEE YOUR WORLD

A LITTLE
PREPARATION

A useful introduction tells us what you offer, how you would present it and what you need to operate comfortably. You can begin with a short message and links to your work.

Start your introduction ↗
01

SHOW US YOUR WORK

Introduce yourself and link to clear product photos, a collection overview, portfolio or social profile. Describe what visitors would find at your stall and what makes the selection distinctive.

02

DESCRIBE YOUR SETUP

Tell us about display dimensions, fixtures, power needs, staffing and any other practical requirements. Available formats and venue arrangements are discussed before participation is confirmed.

03

FOR FOOD CONCEPTS

Share a proposed menu, preparation approach, dietary information and service style. Include any power, water, refrigeration or equipment needs so the team can review the practical fit.

04

FOR GARAGE SALE SELLERS

Give us a representative overview of your items, their condition and how you would display them. A small, considered selection makes it easier to understand your collection and its place in the festival.

A few useful details about taking part.

Do I need an established brand?+

We welcome independent makers and emerging creative businesses, as well as collectors and individuals with a considered Garage Sale selection. Show us the offering and the care behind it so we can understand its fit.

How is the Garage Sale different from the vintage selection?+

The vintage and rare finds category suits a curated collection or specialist seller. The Garage Sale also creates room for individuals to offer pre-loved clothing, books, home objects and other interesting pieces. Both are selected with presentation and condition in mind.

Can artists, performers and food concepts apply?+

Yes. Choose Artist / performer or Food concept in the form. Artists can link to a portfolio, performers can share recordings, and food concepts can introduce their menu and service requirements.

What is included in a participation format?+

Display arrangements, available infrastructure and responsibilities are discussed with selected applicants. Include your practical needs in the enquiry so the team can review them before a format is agreed.

Does applying reserve a place?+

Applications are reviewed as part of the overall festival curation. A place is confirmed through a separate conversation with the team once the offering and participation details have been agreed.
