The enquiry form collects your name, email address, enquiry category and message. You may also share a brand or organisation name and a website, social profile or portfolio link. Your consent choices are saved with your enquiry.

Why we use it

Your information is used to review your enquiry, assess a participation or collaboration opportunity, and respond to you. Updates are only sent when you separately choose to receive them. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, participation or partnership.

How enquiries are stored

Enquiries are stored in the site’s managed database and are available to authorised people managing High Five. Form submissions are not displayed publicly. Technical safeguards limit automated submissions; short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used for abuse prevention rather than storing your raw IP address.

Your choices

You can choose whether to receive edition announcements. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw an update preference, send a general enquiry and include your earlier reference if you have it. Use the same email address so the team can identify the request.

Festival imagery is created to illustrate the High Five concept and atmosphere at The Backyard, Sheraton Grand Doha. It is not a photographic record of a past edition. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
